I can help create a kitchen layout for you that makes cooking "magical," as my clients tell me—with fixture selections that match the needs of your household. I ask the important questions that help me learn about who you are and how you want to live. To start with, I want to know the specific details of what you dislike about your current space. "Everything" is not the answer I'm looking for. Just to be sure that all bases are covered, I want to know what you "like" about it. Sometimes, when I find a few details that currently work great, I want to make sure those are considered and provided for in your new layout. Every detail is determined by your needs.

I don't do "cookie-cutter" work. Every project is uniquely designed with your household in mind. I put an emphasis on function and visual balance so your space is a pleasure to spend time in. If your kitchen or bath is beautiful, but the function doesn't suit your needs, then the only thing you've accomplished, is wasting your money. Building and remodeling can be expensive—but making the wrong choices can be even more costly.  

Once you've made your choices, I will organize the documentation of your fixture's specifications for your builder in a folder/binder, making it easy to be ordered, roughed-in, and installed correctly. This folder should remain on site during your project so all trades have access to it; your builder can make copies for each trade. I recommend that you keep this documentation folder as a reference tool in case repairs are needed in the future.
